Three Ways to Improve How Your Organisation Buys
Each engagement is scoped to a specific need — from a focused health check to a full procurement practice build. Fixed price, defined outputs, practical results.
Back to HomeA Consistent Methodology Across All Engagements
Understand First
We begin with an introductory call to understand your situation and identify which engagement is the right fit.
Map the Reality
Working sessions with your team map actual purchasing flows — not the ideal process, but what's really happening.
Build the Deliverable
We prepare the engagement's outputs — notes, templates, frameworks, or a full programme guide — and review them internally before handover.
Hand Over Clearly
A structured walkthrough ensures your team understands what was created and how to apply it. Two weeks of follow-up questions included.
Procurement Health Check
A practical review of how your business buys goods and services, looking for duplication, unclear approvals, and simple savings through better habits. We map the current flow and note sensible improvements. Helpful for teams whose buying has grown ad hoc. Includes a working session and a short suggestions note.
- Current purchasing flow mapped across departments
- Approval gaps and duplication identified
- Suggestions note with prioritised action points
- One working session (half-day) included
Duration
1–2 weeks

Vendor Management Engagement
A multi-week project to tidy how you select, brief, and review suppliers, with simple templates and a fairer, clearer process. We keep it practical and even-handed. Suited to growing companies managing more vendors. Includes process mapping, a template set, and a review framework.
- Supplier selection criteria and briefing templates
- Vendor review framework built for your categories
- Process mapping across the full vendor lifecycle
- Two working sessions included, plus written handover
Duration
3–4 weeks

Procurement Practice Programme
A wider advisory engagement that helps an organisation set up a steady, sensible procurement practice — clear steps, supplier scorecards, and light reporting. We tailor it to your size. Built for established firms formalising their buying. Includes workshops, a practice guide, and a reporting outline.
- Procurement policy and step-by-step practice guide
- Supplier scorecards and performance tracking outline
- Light monthly reporting framework
- Three workshops plus full written programme guide
Duration
5–6 weeks
Price

How We Hold Ourselves Accountable
Client Confidentiality
All information shared during engagements — supplier names, spend data, internal processes — remains strictly confidential and is never referenced with other clients.
Agreed Scope in Writing
Every engagement is confirmed in writing before work starts, with a clear description of what will be delivered and when. No verbal-only agreements.
No Undisclosed Interests
We disclose any prior relationship with vendors or service providers that might be relevant to the engagement. Advice is independent.
Internal Quality Review
All deliverables are reviewed by a second advisor before handover. Nothing goes to a client that hasn't been checked for accuracy and usefulness.
Post-Delivery Support
Two weeks of follow-up questions via email are included in every engagement at no additional charge. We want the deliverables to be properly understood.
Revision If Needed
If the first draft of a deliverable misses the mark on scope or clarity, we revise it. We don't consider an engagement complete until the deliverable is fit for purpose.
Transparent Fees in Ringgit Malaysia
All fees are fixed per engagement. No hourly billing, no travel surcharges for KL city-centre engagements, no hidden add-ons.
